We were in Eau Claire for the weekend. Mya helped her daddy and Grandma Pat put in new flooring in what will be our "new" house. As you can see, she was very helpful! Speaking of our "new" house, we've decided that we will definitely be moving back to Eau Claire in later June! I'm very excited to have family minutes away for Mya to grow up with!
She was also very helpful and wanted to give her daddy M&M's instead of eat them herself. Why would you give perfectly good M&M's away, Mya? We'll have to work on that!
My dad repainted a chair that my mom had used when she was a little girl. It's the perfect size for Mya! Mya loves having pint sized chairs, but she's obviously used to chairs with arm rests on them. She struggled the first couple times getting on the chair!
We think Mya is a smart cookie. We're working on body parts with her. She's very good about showing off her tummy! Speaking of her tummy, she developed a rash on it and her back on Sunday. Toward the end of last week she also had a high fever...but she's cutting two more bottom teeth, so I figured it had something to do with that. But once the rash popped up, we knew something else was going on. I looked around online and came up with Roseola. Greg called the clinic this morning and our suspicions were confirmed. They said we could bring her in for a formal diagnosis, but there isn't anything they can do about it. So, Mya won't be going to daycare until the rash clears up...hopefully soon!
She hasn't been herself lately (little appetite, more crabby than usual), but she still has that sparkle in her eye and spunk in her attitude! The good side of Roseola? The extra cuddle time that she wants to give out! :)
